This is so cringe, but true.

Guess who just got back from Thailand 🌴

(Sorry for missing last week’s email)

I was living it up in Bangkok! 🇹🇭

I totally forgot to schedule an email whilst I was away. Oops

But I’m back now 😎

& Some good news

I PASSED my end of year review !

(Yes the one I was stressed about a few weeks ago) 🎉

Which is so funny because I’ve officially decided I’m quitting my job looooool

2026 will be the end of my medicine era.

I’m excited to take the leap and start a new chapter.

I posted about it on LInkedIn and it went crazy viral.

This was TOTALLY unexpected.

It’s led me down a whirlwind of back to back Zoom calls and awesome conversations with so many inspiring people.
  • Founders
  • Ex-doctors
  • Entrepreneurs
  • Business owners
People who don’t think I’m crazy.
People who believe in starting over.
People who believe in betting on yourself.
People who believe in me, more than I believe in myself.

My whole life, I’ve heard people say:

‘yOu aRe ThE suM oF thE 5 peoPlE yOu suRrrouND yOurSelF WiTh’

It’s cringe but so true.

A 5 minute conversation with the right person can completely change the way you think about yourself.

The way you think about life.

I feel so sure about my decision to leave now.

Because I’m (virtually) surrounded by people who have made the leap.

The people around you, change what you believe is possible.

When your friends/family say:

→ ‘What’s the point in trying?’
→ ‘Being a content creator is cringe’
→ ‘It’s hard to grow a business online’
→ ‘Starting a business is too much effort’
→ ‘If you earn too much, you’ll get taxed more’

They’re projecting what they think is possible for THEM.

The internet is your chance to build a network outside of your small town.

Outside of your office.
Outside your friend group.

Going out of your comfort zone gets you closer to your dream self.

It’s not easy, but so so worth it.

I deep dive on this in Chapter 6: ‘No One Is Above You’ in my eBook: Stop Shrinking, Start Living.

If you’re ready for a big leap and become a new version of yourself, this might be up your street ❤️
